As of now we do not provide any option for Cancellation of Online membership / and Or service you have purchased or subscribed. Once a product/service has been purchased by you, we cannot provide any refund, either totally or partially in any case/situation/circumstances.
We suggest that you first register your profile on our site free of Cost. After validation, you search profile and if you found a matching profile then you purchase a membership plan whichever is suitable for you. There is no partial/full refund available for the Online/self-service package.
For Assisted matrimony service we do not provide any option for membership cancellation. In this case, if we fail to provide a committed matching profile within the stipulated period then the membership duration is automatically longer. In case of early fixation of marriage/fixation of marriage from another source, no refund will be entitled.
For NRI matrimony service we do not provide any option for membership cancellation. In this case if we fail to provide committed matching profile within the stipulated period then membership duration automatically longer. In case of early fixation of marriage/fixation of marriage from another source, no refund will be entitled.
For Elite matrimony service For Silver, Gold & Diamond packages we do not offer any option for refund/ cancellation. In case of early fixation of marriage/fixation of marriage from another source, no refund will be entitled. In the case of Diamond membership. In case we fail to provide committed service in the stipulated time then the service duration period will e extended. For “Till you marry” Package membership will vary till the marriage. No cancellation is entitled under any circumstance like early marriage/ marriage from other sources etc. For celebrity matrimony, after 6 months if the marriage is not commenced within the stipulated time he/she can continue the service or 20 % if refunded after deduction of GST.
For Pre-marriage Investigation service is a totally customized service i.e It varies on customers' requirements and situations. So price varies from customer to customer. We provide this service with help of 3rd. party agency. So refund policy depends upon 3rd parties return policy.
Astrology service is provided by 3rd party/ Astrologer. Once service activates there is no return/refund in any circumstance.
